day 46 – Fun Time!

I had a very fun day today, and the best part is that it was good for me! Yesterday we talked about how good it was to get some sun here and there, but having fun while doing it is like killing two birds with one stone! Needless to say I feel a lot better after spending some time outside with my family, soaking in a few rays, and reeling in a white bass to boot!

You might think I’m crazy for saying things like fun is good for you, but I am not alone. Scientists and psychologists agree that having a little free time set aside to get out and crack a smile doing the things you enjoy is actually very good for you; both mind and body!
