We all no that getting too much sun is bad for you. But did you know that small amounts of sunlight is actually a big part of staying healthy? I try to get some by going on my walks during break at work. There are a ton of good effects that the sun has on our bodies, and it should not come as a surprise; we have been evolving with the sun for millions of years! It makes sense that we would get use to it, and, in fact, need it to stay healthy.
