One of the harder parts of eating healthy is preparing the meals. Finding ways to simplify this time consuming process is a welcome relief. I give you the tortilla! Just chop up all of your favorite healthy ingredients and wrap them up for an easy to pack, easy to eat, and easy to enjoy meal! I’m going to start taking them in for lunch during the workday.
