Staying hydrated during a busy day can sometimes be a challenge, but it’s an important part of keeping healthy. I get most of my fluids from my morning coffee and iced tea, hot tea throughout the day, and iced tea/water with lunch. I also get a surprising amount of water from the large amount of fruits and vegetables in my diet. But how much hydration is truly optimal for good health?
