Day 23

Finding time for your health habits can be tough. Using this excuse to opt out of healthy choices, however, is a bad move. Here are some tips I use daily to help ensure I have plenty of time during the day for my healthy lifestyle without cutting into my affairs.

1.) Prepare your meals in advance when you do Have the time. I get up early in the morning and do it, others might have better luck the night before. Either way, you are more likely to have that extra 30-60 minutes during those times then trying to cram it all in during a work lunch!

2.) Go with raw foods instead of cooked. Salads, breads, cheeses, nuts, etc. These foods make life easier by coming prepared already by mother nature. All you need to do is wash them, chop them, and bag them up!

3.) Smoothies are another easy way to save time. Blend your favorite mix of fruits and veggies, store it in a drink container, and toss it in your lunch cooler/fridge! Save even more time by making enough smoothie mix for 2-3 servings, which you can split up into separate bottles and store in the fridge for later use.
