Today was pretty relaxing for my diet. I took the day off from running to give my legs a chance to recuperate. Setting time aside for R & R is actually good for a diet and exercise regiment. It gives your muscles time to rebuild, and allows your body time to flush out the lactic acid built up in your system from working out.
