Well it’s been a whole week without breaking off from my diet. I’m pretty proud of myself for making it this far, but I still have 7 more weeks to go. Here are the foods I will be adding to my diet this next week for additional nutrients: Celery, Jalapenos, Organic Cheese (if I can find any), cucumbers, pickles, and hopefully an organic meat source of some kind. A freshwater wild-caught fish would be nice, perhaps some Alaskan Salmon. I’ve also heard good things about some other seafoods I thought were no longer an option.
